Children need a good night’s sleep, so they have enough energy for the next day’s activities. Parents also need adequate sleep and some child-free time to ensure their own needs are being met.
Toddlers can learn to become more independent in their sleep routine. The goal is for children to develop healthy, independent sleep patterns. Come and learn some simple tools to help support your child’s sleep and development.
Bookings are required and 1 person = 1 booking. All adults, children and babies attending must have a booking.
