New research from people2people Recruitment has uncovered some concerning realities about how burnout is impacting the workforce in 2024—and what’s coming in 2025. Almost 2 in 5 Australians say they started the year already burnt out. And a staggering 90% believe burnout isn’t taken seriously until it’s too late.
It’s no longer just a buzzword—burnout is shaping up to be one of the biggest workplace challenges of the next year.
