It’s Volunteer Week here in Queensland – a time to shine a spotlight on the heart of our community: volunteers! Whether it’s lending a hand at a local charity, running the BBQ at a community fundraiser, mentoring young people, or helping keep our town beautiful, volunteers make our region thrive.
This year’s theme is: “Something for Everyone” – and that couldn’t be more true. Volunteering isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’ve got a couple of hours a month or a few days a week, there are so many ways you can make a meaningful impact and meet some incredible people along the way.
