Eco Fiesta 2024

Eco Fiesta is back in 2024.

This year’s Eco Fiesta will take place on Sunday 2 June at Anderson Gardens and will focus on pollinators – bees and birds, flowers, butterflies – and their importance within our community.

This FREE community event will showcase the latest and greatest in environmental tips, products, and ideas.

The event will include:

• Guest speakers including Hannah Moloney from Gardening Australia.
• Live cooking demonstrations with 2023 MasterChef Australia Finalist Rhiannon Anderson.
• Educational hub with free workshops.
• Live entertainment.
• A delicious line-up of food trucks.
• Fun activities for the kids including the Lissie the Butterfly Story Walk by Townsville Citylibraries.
• FREE sprinkler swap. Bring in your old sprinkler and exchange it for a new one.
• Plant giveaway from the Townsville City Council Dry Tropics Nursery team.
• A great range of market and exhibit stalls environmentally friendly encourages Townsville residents to live ecofriendly and smarter lifestyles.
