Join us as we discuss the difficult topic of violence against women, and the role pornography plays.
Melinda Tankard Reist (www.melindatankardreist.com) is an inspirational speaker, author, and campaigner for positive cultural change. She is best known for her work addressing sexualisation, objectification, harms of pornography, sexual exploitation, trafficking and violence against women.
Melinda’s talk is an important opportunity to hear the latest research on the connection between porn and violence. Her message will inform and equip you to advocate for relationships built on authentic intimacy, human connection and respect.
We will also hear from her colleague, Daniel Principe, who is working with boys and young men to challenge harmful ideas about masculinity.
