The mum of a 2 year old has gone viral this week after dying her daughters hair bright pink. She has said it’s totally safe, natural and chemical free, as well as being a wash out. She thinks it’s the same as painting a child’s face or dressing them up for a party. But the internet has been OUTRAGED!
